Product check

The Customer must check, at the time of delivery of the Product, that the packaging and/or wrapping and/or Products are intact, undamaged and not tampered with.

Any damage to the packaging or wrapping of the Products must be immediately reported by the Customer by accepting the package with reservation on the courier’s proof of delivery, and must also send a report within 48 hours of receipt to sales@gri-europe.com.

Otherwise, and specifically, once the courier’s document has been signed without any remarks, the package will be considered as having been received without reservation.
